1. Our Commitment

At PrepGeeks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that our study materials may not be the right fit for everyone, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
  • Refunds are only available for the first billing cycle
  • Subsequent monthly renewals are not eligible for refunds
  • Upon refund, your access to premium content will be immediately revoked

Cancellation without refund: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Lifetime Access Refunds

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your lifetime access purchase.

Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Upon refund, your lifetime access will be permanently revoked
  • Study progress and data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to repurchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@prepgeeks.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your account email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Exam type(s) purchased
    • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
  3. Wait for confirmation - We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your refund request

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the refund eligibility period has expired
  • Monthly subscription renewals (only the initial purchase is eligible)
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly for refund requests before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may result in your account being permanently suspended. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly.
